Self-esteem

A Simplified Life

In the beginning it seems simple, uncomplicated as it often is, but not always, meaning that in the very beginning of life there are very few requirements to survive; food, water, shelter. To thrive, on the other hand, a few other ingredients are required. My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style. Maya Angelou Life sometimes becomes complicated. WARNING – Contagious

Mood-Flu No, this isn’t about a contagious illness but you can catch it quicker than a cold. Its the ‘Mood Flu’. I’m referring to how one bad mood can infect everyone in its path just like a small atomic bomb flattening everything within its radius. It’s like you have no control or will power to fight it and without warning (seemingly) it consumes you.
